All orders ship Monday thru Friday from Nashville, TN.
Shipping Methods (UPS/USPS)
You may choose any shipping method you prefer except for original artwork and giclées which ship via UPS. Since each giclée is produced at the time of order, your giclée order will be shipped within 2 weeks.
We've provided delivery time maps for both USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground for your reference.
USPS
USPS Priority Mail is 2 to 3 days to most locations. It doesn't necessarily relate directly to the distance from Nashville. For example, it can be 3 days to most of Missouri, but 2 days to the far northwest corner of Washington state.
UPS
UPS Ground is more directly related to distance from Nashville. In addition to UPS Ground, you may also choose UPS Second Day Air, Next Day Air, or any other service offered at checkout. Please remember that if you choose any UPS service, you need to provide a physical ship-to address, and not just a P.O. Box number. UPS 3-Day Select is one of the shipping options, and can be a good choice for West Coast and Mountain states which are generally 4 - 6 days via UPS Ground, but not for locations in the rest of the country. Most of the rest of the country is 3 days or less from Nashville using UPS Ground, so for most states, UPS Ground will be the best option, rather than the more expensive 3-Day Select.
Refunds
We offer exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase for all David Arms items except for original artwork or giclée reproductions.
If you need to ship back a product, you will pay for the cost of shipping your return back to us unless the products were mis-shipped to you, or are damaged. Items that were wrongly shipped to you are always fully returnable at no cost to you. We will replace damaged products, or you may request a refund.
If an item was mis-shipped or damaged, please email support@davidarms.com to obtain a return authorization.
